WHAT DOES OUR SERVICE INCLUDE?
PAYROLL CALCULATION
We calculate salaries for employees and process remuneration under civil-law contracts, including mandate and specific-task contracts, as well as remuneration for management board and supervisory board members. We take into account all components of remuneration, including sick pay, sickness benefits and employee benefits.
ZUS AND TAX DECLARATIONS
We prepare and submit settlement declarations to ZUS and the tax authorities, prepare payments of liabilities in the Client’s banking system and handle the exchange of social security documents through the Płatnik system. At the end of the year, we provide employees with their annual PIT-11 information and RMUA reports electronically, without paper-based workflows.
PPK AND EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
We monitor deadlines for enrolment in Employee Capital Plans (PPK), calculate contributions and transfer them to the relevant investment institution. We also take over the administration of employee benefits, including MultiSport cards, group insurance and other benefits.
ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT WORKFLOW
